Job summary

Potter Global Technologies is seeking a Regional IT Support Specialist – APAC to be the primary IT contact for the APAC region. The role covers on-site support in the Malaysia office and remote assistance for traveling and home-based staff.

You will troubleshoot devices and connectivity, support Outlook/Teams/SharePoint, and ensure device management with Intune and other tools, while maintaining asset records and assisting new hires.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, desktop or field support.
• Strong experience with Windows laptops and Office 365 environments.
• Experience providing remote technical support to dispersed users.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, VPN and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the APAC regional IT support contact.
• Provide in-person and remote support for employees.
• Troubleshoot laptops, devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows, Office 365, and connectivity issues.
• Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and productivity apps.
• Coordinate equipment shipments and asset records.
• Prepare tech for new hires and process offboarding equipment.
