Job summary

Ntware, part of the Canon Group, seeks a Technical Support Specialist to handle Level 3 incidents for APAC customers. You will work remotely with an international team across New York, Singapore, Tokyo and beyond, using your technical expertise to resolve complex issues while keeping customers informed.

You will own incidents end-to-end, analyze root causes, share knowledge, and collaborate with Canon support and NT-ware Development to improve services and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise software and customers.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort handling Windows environments and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex incidents and guide them to resolution.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes and develop effective workarounds.
• Collaborate with Canon support teams, partner technicians, and NT-ware Development to resolve escalated cases.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders throughout incident lifecycle.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of support services.
