Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex incidents and guide them through to a successful resolution.
• Analyze challenging technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective workarounds.
• Collaborate closely with Canon support teams, partner technicians, and NT-ware Development teams to resolve escalated cases.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and the continuous improvement of our support services.
