Job summary

Talent Insider is expanding its regional presence and seeks a Senior Leader to head talent development across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, you will lead a team and drive technical and soft-skill training for business units across markets.

You will partner with managing directors in the region, organize regional requirements, plan for future needs, and ensure consistent service delivery of workshops and processes.

Qualifications

• The candidate has about 7 years of solid experience in talent development.
• Strong leadership and management competency topics, and ability to interact with leaders as a business partner in an international, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and helm Southeast Asia remit for talent development.
• Deliver management and leadership training across markets.
• Organize regional requirements and drive career development for the team.
• Collaborate with the HR team to meet current and future business needs.
• Maintain consistent service delivery of workshops and processes.
• Drive APAC-wide projects and global initiatives across locations.
