Legora’s Talent Acquisition function is expanding across APAC, with Sydney as a growing hub. You will lead and grow the regional TA delivery, reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, and collaborating with People and business leaders to turn hiring plans into execution across Australia, North Asia and Southeast Asia.

You will build pipelines, strengthen direct sourcing, manage agency and RPO partnerships, and raise the bar on candidate experience and data-driven decisions.

Competenze

• In-house talent acquisition track record in a growing SaaS/tech company (VC-backed preferred).
• Experience leading and developing TA partners while staying hands-on with delivery.
• Experience hiring across sales, technical, and corporate roles with consistent standards.
• Experience recruiting across APAC markets (Australia, North Asia, Southeast Asia); language skills beyond English a plus.
• Excellent sourcing and engagement skills; ability to win over passive candidates.
• Budget management and collaboration with local agencies and RPO partners.
• Ability to challenge hiring managers constructively and enable quick, well-informed decisions.
• Strong operational judgement; prioritise competing needs and turn problems into steps.
• Collaborative leadership with a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
• Flexibility to work across APAC time zones and willingness to travel occasionally.
