Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to drive complex technical evaluations across the APAC region. You’ll design clear solution paths, build prototypes, and guide strategic accounts from discovery through to production launch, partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams.

You will work in a remote APAC setup with overlap to customer hours and occasional travel. Strong coding skills in JS/TS/Python/Rust and experience with cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes are

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role focused on pre-sales.
• Professional software engineering experience in at least one language such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Rust.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities including discovery, solution design, and technical validation for enterprise opportunities.
• Run end-to-end evaluations and create reusable assets, reference architectures, and samples.
• Deliver live demos and compose technical validation packs for priority use cases.
• Collaborate with AEs, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure continuity post-wins.
• Triage and resolve issues during evaluations and maintain crisp documentation.
