Job summary

Remote is seeking a Specialist in Onboarding Operations within EOR Operations to enhance the onboarding journey for client employees across the globe. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, agile environment and focus on compliance and seamless documentation for onboarding packages.

You’ll work with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle and Payroll teams to ensure a smooth experience for clients and their employees, while driving automation and data accuracy in a fully remote, international setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive operations experience and people operations knowledge.
• Experience handling employment contracts and legally binding documents.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, cross-functional settings, preferably startups or high-growth.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding journey and manage the documentation process for new employees.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, addressing employee questions and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Continuously improve the onboarding process and implement automation opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and secure employee data in compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Support audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives.
