Job summary

Holafly, a high-growth scale-up, seeks a Regional Manager of Network Operations for APAC. You will own the incident lifecycle and coordinate L1/L2 teams, MNOs, IMSI providers and core-network vendors to restoration. Lead a 5–10 engineer team and drive technical ownership for roaming services across 4G/5G.

You will analyse traces, logs and KPIs to drive RCA and permanent improvements, ensuring robust performance and seamless cross-region handovers in a fast-moving telecom environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Mobile Telecommunications with core network and roaming exposure.
• Strong knowledge of LTE/5G roaming architectures.
• Experience leading incident management and troubleshooting.
• Previous people-management experience of 5–10 engineers.
• Strong IP networking and roaming troubleshooting methods.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end incident lifecycle for Holafly’s services from detection to closure.
• Act as Incident Commander for major network incidents coordinating L1/L2 teams and partners.
• Lead and develop a team of 5–10 Network Operations engineers.
• Maintain technical ownership of live roaming and core-network services and analyse traces/logs.
• Drive RCA, problem management and permanent corrective actions.
• Own network performance KPIs and seamless follow-the-sun handover.
