Nebius seeks a Staff Network Engineer / APAC Team Lead to grow and operate the APAC network infrastructure, bridging the EU/EMEA and US HQ with regional data centers and colocation sites. You will lead a small team (2–5 engineers), balance hands-on engineering (50–70% in year one) with people leadership, and own regional deployment, runbooks, and incident response.

This remote role in APAC rewards autonomy, a strong focus on backbone development, and close collaboration with global architecture

Qualificações

• Expert-level background in service provider or data center networks.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, IS-IS, SR-MPLS/SRv6.
• Experience leading mid- to senior engineering teams.
• Familiarity with GPU cluster interconnects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a growing APAC network team (2–5 engineers) and set priorities.
• Own regional task planning, change governance, and end-to-end execution.
• Drive data center and backbone network deployment across APAC.
• Coach team members with career roadmaps and ownership culture.
• Coordinate with global teams for round-the-clock network stability.
