Nebius is seeking a Staff Network Engineer / Team Lead APAC to lead the APAC network infrastructure and a small regional team while staying hands-on for 50–70% of the time in the first year. You will bridge EU/EMEA and US HQ with APAC sites, ensuring world‑class network delivery for data centers and colocation facilities.

Ideal candidates bring deep SP/DC networking experience (BGP, EVPN, SRv6) and proven leadership in cross‑functional settings, with a passion for automation and reliability.

Qualifications

Proven background with service provider or data center Clos networks.
Expert in BGP, IS-IS, SR-MPLS/SRv6, and advanced traffic balancing.
Strong Ethernet switching, EVPN‑VXLAN architectures and L3 VPNs.
Demonstrated leadership as a tech lead or people manager.

Responsibilities

Own regional network ownership for APAC, ensuring readiness and availability.
Lead the deployment of data center fabrics and backbone infrastructure.
Collaborate with global teams to align with HQ blueprints and processes.
Mentor 2–5 engineers, drive backlog and end-to-end execution.
