Airalo is seeking a Solution Architect to lead localization, integration of MVNO core systems, and ensure regulatory compliance across markets. You will bridge regulatory needs with Core Network engineering, guiding sprints and stakeholders in multiple countries.

The role emphasizes defining workflows for regulatory services, data exchange, and QoS alignment, while mentoring analysts and ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions in a fully remote, international setting.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years as Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect in Telecom/Tech.
• Able to translate regulatory docs into actionable engineering tasks.
• Comfortable discussing SIP, SMS routing, MNP with engineers.
• Skilled in writing clear User Stories and Functional Specs; Jira experience.
• Experience with international roaming and interconnectivity nuances.

Aufgaben

• Bridge regulatory findings to Core Network teams; translate mandates to functional requirements.
• Lead requirement discovery workshops with local MNOs, regulators, and internal teams.
• Compare local regulatory requirements with platform capabilities; plan enhancements and trade-offs.
• Create high-level workflows for regulatory services (e.g., MNP, LI) to guide engineering.
• Define data exchange and voice/SMS routing needs including edge cases.
• Define data points and reporting frequencies required by authorities; ensure data extraction tools.
• Lead acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and sign-off processes for regulatory delivery.
• Manage technical-regulatory checklists across countries; capture dependencies for sprints.
• Coordinate with central databases and external partners to meet QoS and interworking specs.
• Mentor Solution Analysts on user stories, specs, and traceability from regulation to implementation.
• Provide functional leadership to development teams balancing compliance and scalability.
