Job summary

Starknet Foundation is seeking a senior deal-maker for its Growth team. You will own strategy and execution across Starknet’s priority verticals, building financial models and incentive structures to structure win-win partnerships.

The role requires experience negotiating multi-party terms and a strong crypto/DeFi network. You will operate at the intersection of commercial negotiation and infrastructure decisions in crypto, with a track record from top-tier banking, consulting, or legal

Qualifications

• 5+ years crypto/DeFi experience.
• Experience negotiating multi-party agreements from term sheet to close.
• Strong financial modeling and building business cases.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Growth team strategy across priority verticals (Privacy, Bitcoin, Quantum, RWA).
• Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships end-to-end.
• Develop commercial proposals driving growth across Starknet ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product, ecosystem and marketing to build new solutions.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations for partnerships.
• Represent Starknet at conferences and industry events.
