Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a General Manager to lead APAC launches, own P&L, and build regional operations from the ground up. This founding role requires creating a hub for Singapore with support across India and Australia, while shaping the org structure and sponsor relationships.

The ideal candidate has prior GM or Country Manager experience, a healthcare or life sciences background, and a proven ability to scale markets with strong stakeholder leadership and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• GM or country manager with P&L ownership in at least one market.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, CRO, or life sciences.
• Proven ability to build a market from scratch and hire/develop GMs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-facing communication.
• Willingness to travel 25%+ across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for APAC region across markets.
• Build out Singapore clinical trial infra and partner hospital systems.
• Design and execute hub-and-spoke regional operating model.
• Develop country-specific operating models and cadences.
• Establish sponsor relationships and engage with regional affiliates.
