Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biology, or related field with 3+ years in medical device marketing.
• Clinical setting experience with data-driven marketing.
• Proven success in event management and product launches.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional marketing activities for Penumbra products in APAC.
• Organize industry events and manage budgets.
• Develop and implement promotion strategies with accurate product messaging.
• Support product launches with field teams and distributors.
• Analyze market needs and competitive landscape to maximize penetration.
• Develop training materials and marketing literature.
• Collaborate with physician customers, sales teams, and global marketing.
