Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Site Start Up Lead APAC to drive global site start-up strategies. Based in Australia/Singapore/South Korea/Taiwan/China, you will manage core/site document collection, ICF customization, and IRB/EC submissions to enable timely activations.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with CRO counterparts, and ensure real-time tracking of milestones, budgets, and risks to support on-time study activation across countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or RN or equivalent.
• 5+ years in start up, ideally SU Lead/PM in CRO or pharma.
• 2+ years in project milestone management, budgeting and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage site start up process with activation readiness strategy.
• Coordinate critical path planning: IRB/EC, CA/MoH, ICF customization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for milestone planning and delivery.
• Participate in client meetings to set expectations and risks.
• Mentor staff on site start up regulations and procedures.
• Translate and co-ordinate documents for submissions.
