Job summary

World 50 Group seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead the growth of Healthcare Accelerators, including Employee Benefits and Healthcare Systems World 50 Accelerators, plus related marketplaces and VC offerings.

You will own the full P&L, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate across internal teams to deliver exceptional member and partner value while driving sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in general management, product management, or leadership of premium services.
• Proven success scaling membership-based organizations or premium services.
• Experience building and leading sales teams and premium service teams.
• Understanding needs of executives, startups, and VCs in healthcare/benefits space.
• Strong financial management and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and evolve World 50 Healthcare offerings to employers, partners, and VCs to expand market position.
• Own the full P&L and develop a sustainable business model with strong growth.
• Create and execute a strategic growth plan to expand membership across offerings.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on member/partner growth and service delivery.
• Craft engaging member experiences across in-person and virtual events and content.
• Lead growth of innovation roundtables, virtual programming, benchmarks, and insights.
• Develop go-to-market strategy for innovation partners and providers.
• Establish systems, platforms, and partnerships to scale the experience.
• Implement data analysis and feedback to improve member value and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal World 50 teams and measure progress with clear metrics.
