Right-Hand is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding, adoption, and retention for a diverse client base. You will act as the face of the company, delivering strategic guidance and ensuring client satisfaction through deep product knowledge.

You will collaborate with internal teams to drive value, identify upsell opportunities, and advocate for clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and successful outcomes.

Formación

• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or related field.
• 1+ years of QA Engineer experience preferred, not mandatory.
• Enthusiastic about cybersecurity.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding, adoption, retention, and satisfaction for assigned clients.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each client and drive continued value.
• Develop content for client advocacy and manage upsell opportunities.
