Job summary
Cresta is hiring a Customer Engineer, APAC to deliver AI solutions to enterprise contact centers across the APAC region. You’ll combine software engineering with CX, cloud, and automation to enable deployment and scaling of Cresta solutions.
Work closely with Solution Architects, Implementation Managers, and Engineering to own technical integrations and ensure seamless operation in complex environments across APAC.
Qualifications
- Experience using APIs and SDKs to build integrations.
- Experience with AWS and Git.
- Experience with contact center tech like Amazon Connect, Genesys, Five9, NICE, Salesforce or similar.
- Experience with enterprise customers and complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot across apps, APIs and cloud infra.
- Strong verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Execute integration designs with project plans across stakeholders.
- Build and deploy apps using Cresta SDKs and APIs.
- Integrate Cresta with enterprise contact centers.
- Test, troubleshoot, deploy, and maintain Cresta products and integrations.
- Partner with Customer Success to triage issues and escalate when needed.
- Build trusted relationships with customer tech stakeholders.
