Job summary

Cresta is seeking a software-focused engineer to help integrate its AI-powered CX solutions with large enterprise contact centers. You will design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs, applying Go, Python, and JavaScript.

You will collaborate with Customer Success and engineering teams to remove barriers, triage issues, and drive value through real-time coaching and agent-efficiency tools within a fast-paced environment.
