ARDEX Americas is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor at our Center Township, PA headquarters. You will lead the AP function, mentor staff, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance and timely payments.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations to resolve issues, manage weekly payment runs, and support cost analysis and month-end close activities. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day accounts payable functions, ensuring invoices are reviewed, approved, and processed timely.
• Supervise, mentor, and support AP staff to foster accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure AP processes meet internal policies and audit requirements.
• Manage weekly freight and parcel billing, reconciling related credit card transactions.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Oversee weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires) and maintain vendor relationships.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and reduce variances in spending.
• Assist with costing, pricing, and spend analytics with financial reporting.
