Job summary

Marmon/Keystone LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team in managing invoice processing, payments, and treasury functions. This role is based at our East Butler, PA office with potential travel.

The candidate should have at least an associate degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years in AP with supervisory experience. ERP experience, especially Epicor Kinetic, is preferred.

• Associate's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• 5+ years accounts payable experience.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excel proficiency.
• Epicor Kinetic ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to streamline workflows.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable operations and team.
• Manage invoice processing and payments.
• Direct treasury and related accounting functions.
• Review AP aging and ensure on-time payments.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and build relationships.
• Prepare reconciliations and GL entries.
• Support internal audits and compliance.
• Maximize vendor discounts by timely payments.
• Mentor AP staff and improve workflows.
• Coordinate with banks, brokers, and gov't entities.
