Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. in Pasadena is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP function, oversee invoice processing, travel expenses, and vendor support.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Director, you will supervise AP and Travel staff, ensure timely, accurate processing, drive process improvements, and uphold internal controls and audits. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least five years in AP, including leadership experience in a high-volume

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Accounts Payable experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role preferred in a high-volume environment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Travel experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Highly responsive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Coupa, AMEX GBT, and/or Salesforce preferred.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail, planning, and sense of urgency.

• Maintain credit card process
• Troubleshoot Travel discrepancies and work directly with AMEX GBT to update hotel preferences

• Assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and audits as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Support and lead Ad Hoc tasks and special projects as assigned

Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Supervisor reports to the Accounts Payable Director and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, vendor support, travel process and team performance management.

This role supervises AP and Travel staff, ensures timely and accurate processing of invoices, drives process improvements, maintains travel processes, and serves as a key point of escalation for internal stakeholders and vendors. The AP Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining strong internal controls, meeting service level expectations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Expected Responsibilities
