Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor in Pasadena, CA to oversee daily AP operations, travel processing, and team performance.

You will drive accuracy, enforce controls, and partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting and 5+ years of AP experience, including 1–2 years in supervision, with strong Excel and Coupa experience.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years AP experience with 1-2 years in supervision in high-volume environment.
• 3+ years Travel experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Leadership ability to motivate and develop a team.

Mansioni

• Supervise Travel team associates, generate weekly reports, assist with booking, verification, and expense reviews.
• Maintain credit card processes.
• Resolve travel discrepancies with AMEX GBT and update hotel preferences.
• Supervise Accounts Payable specialists, including workload distribution and performance management.
• Review and oversee invoice processing in Coupa for accuracy and timely approvals.
• Monitor AP policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage AP Customer Service inbox and resolve escalations.
• Partner with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze AP metrics and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
• Assist with month-end close activities, reporting and audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support Ad Hoc tasks and special projects.
