Job summary

ELM Management Services is seeking a seasoned Full-Time AP Staff Accountant to manage the full accounts payable cycle across multiple entities, using Tipalti and our accounting system. You will code invoices, process payments, and maintain vendor records while upholding internal controls.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of accounting experience, ERP experience (Sage Intacct preferred), and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or healthcare environment.
• Experience with payment automation platforms such as Tipalti or Bill.com.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; Sage Intacct experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounts payable cycle including invoicing, approvals, and payments.
• Code invoices accurately to GL accounts and maintain vendor records.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
