Job summary

ELM Management Services in the United States is seeking a Part-Time to Full-Time AP Staff Accountant to manage the full accounts payable cycle using Tipalti and our accounting system. You will code invoices, handle vendor records, process payments, and support month-end close across multiple entities.

This role requires strong attention to detail, ERP experience (Sage Intacct preferred), and the ability to work with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in multi-entity or healthcare settings.
• Experience with Tipalti or Bill.com payment platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Sage Intacct ERP.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices through Tipalti with three-way matching.
• Code invoices to GL accounts and manage vendor records.
• Support month-end close and prepare AP aging reports.
• Assist with Form 1099 reporting and intercompany reconciliations.
• Reconcile AP subledgers and support external audits.
