Job Description

Accurately process 100-150 invoices per day in Business Central ERP, ensuring all entries are coded correctly and comply with company policies.

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.


• Reconcile vendor statements, research, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.


• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and check runs.


• Maintain and update vendor records in the ERP system.


• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies.


• Assist with month-end closing processes, including AP accruals and reports.


• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.


• Continuously seek opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency.


• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and vendor information.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Accounting preferred (not required)


• 2+ years of A/P experience


• ERP exposure


• Must have experience with Excel
