We're seeking a motivated and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing accounting team. This is a fully onsite role where you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations and vendor relationships.

What You'll Do

Process and code invoices using Concur
Manage lab invoice workflows through Dentira
Monitor and respond to department emails
Organize and review monthly documentation from dental offices
Handle vendor payments via credit card and maintain communication
Reconcile invoices and process uploads in Excel
Support additional AP functions as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree not required)
Familiarity with Concur is a plus
Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
