CFS is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team in Colorado. You will process a high volume of vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and support month-end activities with accuracy and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounts payable, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies while maintaining top-tier vendor relationships within a dynamic project-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify invoices for compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by partnering with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare and process electronic payments, ACH transactions, and check runs.
• Monitor and maintain vendor accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable records and assist with month-end close activities.
• Maintain vendor information, payment terms, tax documentation, and account records.
• Partner with project managers and operations teams to track job costs and vendor activity.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the accounts payable function.
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed.

Position Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, ensuring timely vendor payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end accounting activities. Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $23.37 - $31.00 per hour
