Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Lakewood, CO is seeking an Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist for a temporary, hybrid role. You will handle high volume data entry, code to correct accounts, and PO matching, while coordinating approvals.

Candidates need 3+ years of full cycle A/P experience with ERP exposure. This is a stable, corporate environment offering hybrid work 2 days in office.

• Process high-volume data entry for A/P invoices.
• Code invoices to the correct expense accounts.
• Track down approvals to move invoices forward.
• Match invoices to Purchase Orders (POs).
• Assist with other related A/P duties as needed.

Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialists!! Our client, located in Lakewood, is in need of a tried-and-true Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to work on a temporary basis.

As the Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist, you will work alongside a team helping to process:

• high volume data entry
• coding to the correct account
• tracking down approvals
• matching to Purchase Orders
• various related duties as needed

This is a hybrid opportunity, where you would be in their office 2x/week and then work from home the other three days.

To be considered for this specific position you would need:

• 3+ year of full cycle A/P experience along ERP experience/exposure
