Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Hillside, IL to manage AP tasks, vendor communications, and routine financial closes. The role requires 3+ years of AP experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare consulting environment.

You will work closely with facilities and supervisors to resolve discrepancies, process payments, and support the accounting team during weekly check runs and monthly close.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex ordering requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to complete special projects by deadlines.
• Knowledge of PointClickCare and OnCare.
• Knowledge of SAGE.

Responsibilities

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist. We provide consulting services to skilled nursing facilities in several states. We focus on advising and assisting the facilities to maintain an exemplary relationship and high standards of care for both employees and residents.

The AP Specialist will need to be able to communicate with vendors, facilities, supervisors, and peers to ensure good working relationships. The position will assist Accounts Payable with credit card and ACH discrepancies, review vendor statements, assist with weekly check runs and monthly close. The position will include strong decision making and the ability to analyze information. Applicant should be self-motivated, energetic, and able to manage priorities. 3+ years of Accounts Payable.
