We are Hiring an AP Specialist!

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist. We provide consulting services to skilled nursing facilities in several states. We focus on advising and assisting the facilities to maintain an exemplary relationship and high standards of care for both employees and residents.

The AP Specialist will need to be able to communicate with vendors, facilities, supervisors, and peers to ensure good working relationships. The position will assist Accounts Payable with credit card and ACH discrepancies, review vendor statements, assist with weekly check runs and monthly close. The position will include strong decision making and the ability to analyze information. Applicant should be self-motivated, energetic, and able to manage priorities. 3+ years of Accounts Payable.

Skills and Requirements:

• -3+ years’ experience Accounts Payable
• -High School diploma or equivalent required
• - Excellent organizational and communication skills
• -Ability to handle complex ordering requests and provide exceptional customer service
• -Ability to work is a fast past environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• -Ability to complete special projects given by manager by given deadlines
• -Knowledge of PointClickCare and OnCare
• -Knowledge of SAGE
