Qualifications

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) experience required.
• High-volume invoice processing experience.
• Three-way matching (PO, invoice, receiving documents).
• Vendor account reconciliations.
• Check runs and electronic payment processing (ACH/Wire preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Experience researching and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
