Job summary

Heaven Hill Brands is seeking an Accounts Payable Shared Services Operations Manager to lead a high-performing AP team in Louisville or Bardstown, KY. You will drive timely, accurate processing, strengthen controls, and partner across Finance and Sourcing to standardize processes and support growth.

The role emphasizes people development, change management, and technology-enabled transformation as the company migrates to IFS Cloud and scales its Shared Services operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in Accounts Payable or accounting operations.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience leading AP across multiple legal entities; multi-currency preferred.
• Experience implementing ERP, automation, or system upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and period-end-close requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily AP activities and manage performance.
• Develop and train a high-performing AP team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve procure-to-pay processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation with ERP/cloud platforms.
• Ensure strong internal controls and accurate reporting.
• Provide KPI reporting and stakeholder updates.
