Job summary

Heaven Hill is seeking a Senior Manager, Consolidation and Reporting to lead consolidation and financial reporting for its domestic and international operations. You will partner with FP&A and other functions to explain results and support decisions, applying technical accounting and ERP tools to improve processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation and review of entity submissions.
• Produce management, board, lender and external reporting, including complete financial statements, cash flow, disclosures and schedules.
• Establish a consistent financial reporting calendar, deliverables and review standards.
• Partner with FP&A and global entity teams to align actual results with management reporting and explain variances.
• Research and evaluate complex matters such as impairment and hedge accounting and prepare supporting analyses.
• Prepare or oversee complex journal entries and supporting calculations with independent review.
• Lead close activities with clear owners and deadlines; ensure reconciliations and approvals meet standards.
• Support CFO close reviews and coordinate corrective action with process owners.
• Gatekeeper for chart-of-accounts and reporting mapping changes; coordinate approvals.
• Support chart-of-accounts redesign and consistency across entities.
• Maintain audit-ready schedules and coordinate audit requests; support Internal Audit.
• Identify and implement technology improvements with Accounting Operations to standardize data and automate tasks.
• Move toward faster month-end close and ensure timely audits and monthly closes.
• Coach and develop backup coverage and strengthen team capability.
