Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, seeks an Associate Shared Services Analyst in Louisville, KY to work with Commercial and Operations teams on unpaid balances. You’ll identify root causes and implement preventive solutions, collaborating with Shared Services, Sales, and customers to resolve issues and improve cash flow.

This role requires a collaborative mindset, process-improvement skills, and ERP familiarity to support reporting, risk reviews, and timely order releases.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; less than 2 years' experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Oracle ERP/Oracle EBS R12, AP/AR modules.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily support to functional teams on process improvement projects to improve past due receivables performance.
• Utilizes process-improvement skills to simplify reporting activities.
• Partners with Commercial and Operations teams to remedy upstream processes and identify drivers of past due numbers.
• Works with Shared Services, Sales and Operations teams, and customers to resolve unpaid balances.
• Collaborates with Risk Management for credit line reviews and monitoring of high-risk accounts.
• Supports Sales with timely release of customer orders and high-level customer service.
• Works with Digital Technology and Oracle ERP Teams to optimize system processes.
• Leads projects to improve process efficiency.
• Facilitates meetings with customers to drive collaboration and monitor/address issues.
• Provides ongoing support to the reporting Manager, including training and daily workflow management.
