Serco Inc. seeks a dynamic Manager, Accounting Services to oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations for North America.

You will lead the AP team, drive process improvements, ensure accurate reporting, and collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, and IT to scale our AP operations. The role requires strong leadership, technical accounting knowledge, and experience with government contracting and Deltek Costpoint.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years AP accounting experience with strong controls and procurement knowledge.
• 4+ years in a leadership role managing finance operations teams.

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes for US and Canada.
• Lead AP team to ensure timely invoice posting and payments.
