Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Government Contracting accounts payable.
• Experience with Deltek CostPoint and Concur a plus.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office products.
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to listen, understand, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions monthly and enter invoices in the accounting system.
• Process full-cycle accounts payable including approvals, coding, and filing.
• Ensure monthly and year-end close deadlines are met; assist with vendor inquiries.
• Review travel expenses in Concur and advise on company travel policies.
• Support other duties as assigned.
