Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of AP experience with strong procurement and PO invoice knowledge.
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership role managing finance operations teams.
• Familiarity with FAR, JTR, DCAA and US government contracting.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint and multi-currency AP processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP processing for US and Canada entities.
• Lead AP team, ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Manage month-end close related to AP and travel/P-card programs.
• Partner with Procurement, Vendor Management, FP&A, Treasury, IT.
• Develop and maintain AP policies, controls and audit readiness.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
