Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a visionary Senior Manager of Accounts Payable to build and scale our procure-to-pay processes for rapid growth. You will lead an AP team, drive automation, and implement industry-leading systems to support aggressive expansion while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

With a focus on GAAP, SOX controls, and cross-functional collaboration, you will shape the future of Crusoe’s financial operations and cash management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable.
• 4+ years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Experience scaling AP for SOX compliance or IPO readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment runs (ACH, wire, virtual card).
• Drive process automation and implement best-in-class systems.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing AP team.
• Establish robust internal controls to ensure GAAP compliance and SOX readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Engineering, and other departments to optimize procure-to-pay.
