Applied Intuition, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a Senior Accounts Payable Manager to own and scale our global AP function. You will oversee end-to-end procure-to-pay, employee expenses, and card programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive automation and control improvements.

You will lead a growing AP team, shape policies, and ensure SOX-ready processes across multiple entities and currencies while partnering with Tax and FP&A for compliant, efficient operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive AP/Procure-to-Pay experience with 3+ years of leadership in a high-growth tech or hardware company.
• Proven experience scaling AP operations and leading end-to-end process improvements and system implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with NetSuite, AP automation platforms, and corporate card/expense systems, including spend controls and policy development.
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency AP operations with internal controls and tax considerations.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including AI tool usage to automate workflows while preserving accuracy.
• Experience in a SOX-compliant public-company environment.

Mansioni

• Own and scale end-to-end AP and procure-to-pay across global entities, including vendor onboarding, invoicing, and payments.
• Oversee corporate credit card and expense reimbursement programs with compliance and timely reimbursements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AP team and establish scalable processes.
• Develop and maintain global AP policies, procedures, and internal controls with audit readiness.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end AP close activities with accruals and reconciliations.
• Oversee vendor master data, payment operations, and inquiries; optimize working capital via negotiated terms.
