Job summary

Applied Intuition seeks a Senior Accounts Payable Manager to own and scale global AP and procure‑to‑pay operations. You will oversee end‑to‑end processes, employee expense programs, and corporate card systems, leading a growing AP team and partnering with Procurement, Legal, IT and FP&A to drive automation and strong controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable, procure‑to‑pay, and employee expense management, including 3+ years of team leadership.
• Proven experience scaling AP operations and leading end‑to‑end process improvements and system implementations.
• Deep, hands‑on expertise with NetSuite, AP automation platforms, and corporate card and expense management systems.
• Experience managing multi‑entity, multi‑currency AP operations with strong internal controls and tax compliance.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced Excel and AI tools to automate workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience operating in a SOX‑compliant, public‑company control environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end AP and procure‑to‑pay processes across global entities.
• Oversee corporate card and expense reimbursement programs with strict spend controls and timely reimbursements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AP team with scalable processes and performance goals.
• Develop and maintain global AP policies, internal controls, and audit readiness in partnership with Tax and stakeholders.
• Own month, quarter, and year‑end AP close activities including accruals and reconciliations.
• Oversee vendor master data, payment operations, and inquiries; optimize working capital.
• Drive AP systems strategy, automation, and KPI tracking; lead system implementations and integrations.
