Job summary

Applied Intuition, a leading Silicon Valley hardware and software company, is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Manager to own and scale the global AP function. You will lead end-to-end procure-to-pay, corporate card programs, and cross‑functional collaboration across finance, procurement, IT, and Tax to drive automation and strong controls.

You will manage multi-entity, multi-currency AP operations, optimize working capital, and implement best-in-class processes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in accounts payable, procure-to-pay, and expense management with 3+ years of leadership.
• Experience scaling AP operations and implementing end-to-end improvements.
• Deep expertise with NetSuite, AP automation, corporate card systems, and spend controls.
• Experience multi-entity, multi-currency AP operations and SOX/policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale end-to-end AP and procure-to-pay across global entities.
• Oversee corporate card and expense reimbursement programs with cross‑currency compliance.
• Lead and develop the AP team, set priorities and scalable processes.
• Maintain global AP policies, controls, and audit readiness with Tax and stakeholders.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and yearly AP close activities and reconciliations.
• Manage vendor master data and negotiate payment terms for working capital optimization.
• Drive AP systems strategy, automation, and KPI-driven improvements from planning to adoption.
