Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services in Orlando, FL is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist II for a contract-to-hire role in a large, fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate has a strong AP background and can manage high volumes, research discrepancies, and communicate with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities include processing high-volume AP transactions, reviewing PO and non-PO invoices, performing invoice matching, researching documentation and payment issues, and coordinating with the AP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required.
• High-volume AP experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare or large corporate environment experience is a plus.
• Experience with purchase orders and invoice matching.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Comfortable learning and working within multiple accounting systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
