Job summary

CFS in Delano, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Supervisor to manage daily AP/AR operations and lead a small accounting team. This role offers strong growth potential in a stable agricultural business with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will ensure timely invoice processing, vendor payments, collections, and cash applications, while maintaining internal controls and supporting month-end close. 401(k) match and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with responsibility for both AP and AR.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
• Supervise, train, and support AP/AR staff.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, collections, and cash applications.
• Review aging reports and monitor collection activities.
• Resolve vendor and customer account discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and internal controls.
