Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AR experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of credit, collections, cash application, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Background in distribution/logistics or high-volume environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily AR operations, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Mentor AR staff and provide coaching and performance guidance.
• Analyze aging reports and trends to improve cash flow.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations to resolve billing issues.
• Review AR policies and internal controls for efficiency and accuracy.
