Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

• Agricultural, manufacturing, or distribution industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and schedules for timely reporting.
• Analyze general ledger activity, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with department leaders to provide reporting, budgeting support, and operational analysis.

The Opportunity

This role exists due to continued business growth and increased reporting needs across multiple operating units. The Senior Accountant will take ownership of month-end activities, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general ledger integrity while partnering closely with operations and leadership teams.

• Agricultural, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry experience is preferred.
