Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with responsibility for both AP and AR.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
• Supervise, train, and support AP/AR staff.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, collections, and cash applications.
• Review aging reports and monitor collection activities. Resolve vendor and customer account discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and internal controls.
