Job summary

Discount Tire & Service Centers in Anaheim, CA is seeking an AP/AR Specialist to manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable across multiple corporate-owned locations. You will maintain vendor and customer records, process invoices, payments, and collections while supporting month-end close.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience with AP and AR responsibilities.
• Experience across multiple entities or locations preferred.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables and lookup functions.
• GP (Great Plains) experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior finance.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in accounting/finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices end-to-end: coding, approvals, and payment.
• Manage full-cycle A/P and A/R across multiple entities.
• Prepare aging reports and support cash application.
• Reconcile A/P and A/R subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger.
• Assist month-end close; research billing or payment discrepancies.
• Identify process improvements to scale operations.
