Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks an Accounting Clerk to support AP and AR in a high-volume manufacturing setting in Nappanee, IN. You will handle supplier invoices, reconciliations, and data entry in Accumatica while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure accurate processing.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication. Experience with ERP systems and Excel is preferred, with on-site collaboration in a growing company

Qualifications

• Experience in AP/AR, billing, order entry or general accounting clerk roles.
• Experience handling high-volume invoices and prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills; ERP/Accumatica experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable invoices, including 3-way matching.
• Enter and process invoices using Accumatica ERP system.
• Enter trailer, RV, parts, and warranty invoices accurately.
• Process ~50–55 trailer invoices per week and 30–40 parts/warranty orders daily.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and variances.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams via phone, email, and Teams.
• Monitor AP/AR email inboxes and respond to inquiries.
• Download and reconcile data in Excel; ensure totals balance.
