Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume accounts receivable operations.
• Proficient in invoicing and billing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume AR activities including invoicing, account maintenance and payment processing.
• Prepare and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts as needed.
• Reconcile customer accounts and research discrepancies or payment issues.
• Manage multiple customer/vendor accounts with accurate records.
• Process and apply payments and ensure proper recording of transactions.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain documentation and supporting records for AR activity.
• Assist with month-end close and AR reporting.
• Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues.
